1st implements an advanced notification service allowing you to notify exactly the right people as soon as an incident occurs. Create notification lists to account users or even external 3rd party emails.


1st currently supports the following notification types:


  • Email Notifications
  • Push Notifications


Notifications can be triggered conditionally, allowing you to target specific notifications based on data and fields submitted within an incident.
