1st Reporting's pricing structure scales with your business and operations. To understand better the different user roles within 1st, please see the following guidelines:

1. Administrators: $20 per month:

Administrators have full system access including designer and team management. These users have the highest access rights and should be limited to only a select few within an organization.

Admins can:

  • Manage users and groups
  • Modify templates and notifications
  • Submit and edit reports
  • Create and assign action items

2. Collaborators: $10 per month:

Collaborators can report as well as manage reports and action items of other users in the system. This role is usually assigned to managers or supervisors who are involved in the organization's business processes.

Collaborators can:

  • Submit and edit reports
  • Create and assign action items
  • Manage the reports and action items of other users in the system

3. Reporter: $1 per template per month:

This user role has the lowest permission level within the system. A reporter has the ability to submit new reports and access/view their own reports and action items. Reporters cannot see the data of other users within the system.

Reporters can:

  • Submit and edit (their own) reports
  • Respond to action items assigned to them

4. Station User: $10 per template per month:

Station User accounts are typically assigned to specific devices/computers within a facility, allowing multiple users to report from one location without needing multiple log-ins. This type of account should be used if user traceability is less important, as only one login will be used for all reports submitted.

Station Users can:

  • Submit and edit (their own) reports
  • Respond to action items assigned to them
