Sending a User Invitation

Follow these instructions to send an invitation email to a user within your account:

  • Navigate to the "Users" section of 1st. This can be found in the menu.

  • Find the correct user in the table and click the 3 bar icon to the left of the users name: 

  • From the dropdown menu select the menu option "Send Invitation" or "Re-invite" and an email will be sent to the user with instructions on accessing 1st Incident Reporting.
